If there is one thing that is guaranteed in Santa's Wonderland, it is that somebody is going to be making a snowman somewhere! In this scene, it just so happens to be a clever elf and his penguin pal! They have clearly put a lot of effort into it, complete with a blue scarf and Santa hat. We hope the elf hasn't taken the hat directly from Santa himself!
