CARBON PROTECTIVE STRUCTURE - Since the first DW-5000C went on sale in 1983, G-Shock has continued to push the boundaries of the durability of time while creating new and original designs. These new models embody these efforts in a very fine configuration. These new models inherit the octagonal shape that was also used for the DW-5000C. Analog-digital timing comes in a simple design without sacrificing G-SHOCK level. High strength resin material, reinforced with carbon fibers, creates a shell with a thickness of only 11.8mm, which is the thinnest among the models G-SHOCK.
