Series E Track Rails 5' is made of high-strength 12-gauge steel with a G-90 hot dip galvanized finish and a surface chemical treatment to withstand corrosion. Made in the USA. You can install on the floor or wall of your application - if using it on the floor, galvanized e track is the preferred track to avoid paint chipping and rust. These rails can be connected using screws, rivets, or welding (weld galvanized rails in a well-ventilated area as fumes may be toxic). Each slot on the trailer tie down track has a 2,000 lbs. working load limit and 6,000 lbs. breaking strength, strong enough to secure heavy or large items.
