As the owner of a inverter generator, you probably know the challenges of changing oil. Trying to change the oil without some type of aid is a mess as the oil flows onto and under the rubber flap. This oil drain tube will allow quicker and easier oil changes without a mess to clean up. The oil change tube in this listing has an O-ring that grips the outside diameter of the oil drain port. to prevent oil from dripping down into the housing of the generator. It is also machined with a hand grip for easy insertion and removal. Directions for use: 1. Slide the oil change tube over the oil drain port on the generator until seated against the engine block. 2. Use either a 3/8" drive 10mm deep well socket or regular socket with an extension to remove the plug. 3. Allow oil to drain. 4. Thread plug back into oil drain port (while oil drain tube is still attached). 5. Remove oil drain tube. Buyers will receive an oil tube with O-ring installed when purchasing this item. No other pictured items are included. The tube is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum to high quality standards.
