2. Use a socket to loosen and exit the old pan, also remove any metal debris with clean rag.
3. Run a bead of the sealant used to hold the fiber gasket to the new oil pan and install the gasket.
4. Make sure the holes for the bolts in the gasket and pan match each other and then tighten the screws or bolts to keep seal.
