Easy Installation：Dual fan wiring harness kit with simplified wiring diagram for easy installation. Connect RED wire to 12V battery positive, BROWN to fan positive, BLACK to ignition and GREY to ECU. Direct replacement compatible with 10, 12, 14 and 16 inch fans
Temperature Control：Temperature switch activates fan at 185°F and shuts off at 175°F. Includes 3/8" pipe thread sensor with 1/2" adapter. Requires 160°F thermostat - higher thermostats (e.g. 180°F) will prevent the engine from cooling sufficiently to disengage the fans. fixed temperature switch (185°F on / 175°F off)
Electric Fan Thermostat Kit: Complete kit includes 40A relay, wiring harness, thermostat switch, 3/8 to 1/2 adapter, in-line fuse holder (with two 20A fuses), 1 spade connector for the temp sensor , 8 ring terminals and 4 wire connectors - all essential for quick installation.
Please note：Thermostat must be earthed via motor threads (ensure motor is earthed). When installing high profile fans, upgrade 14AWG (15A) wires to thicker gauge and secure with crimps/solder for high current loads.
