Panel Operations
Notice: Please read the followings before operating
1.Power on: After power on,press the ”Lamp” button, and the lamp will illuminate.
2.When the food is only needed to smoke (but not heat up), just press the "Lgnition time" button to ignite the wood chips. Set the ignition time for 2 minutes. Every time you press the Lgnition time button, the ignition heating tube will stop after 2 minutes of igniting, then it will ignite automatically after an internal of 20 minutes and this cycle repeats 4 times.
3.When the food is needed to hot smoke, press the”Lgnition time”button to let the wood chips produce smoke, then rotate the "Temperature Set" button to set the temperature. The setting range of temperature is 30-110 degrees. After setting the heat-up temperature, rotate the ”timer” knob to set the heat-up time based on the smoked food as needed. The setting range of heat-up is 0-12 hours.
