It's just a converter, it can't upscale images to (1080p or 720p)

If your HDTV shows no signal after connecting the converter,Follow the steps below to get the signal back.

1. Take a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and wipe the inside of the video output port of the game console (make sure to do this when the power is off)
2. Unplug the power adapter on the back of the game console and wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol (remember to disconnect the power plug of the game console in advance)
3. Toggle to select the corresponding hdmi output of the TV.
4.Plug the console and the converter back in, and finally power up the console.
