📦 Unboxing and Usage Tips
The printhead is vacuum-sealed; a small amount of protective fluid may be present upon unboxing (this is normal).
Gently wipe the metal contacts with a lint-free cloth before installation. Do not touch the nozzle surface with hands or any fabric.
Verify that the OEM code on your old printhead matches this product (QY6-0083) to ensure compatibility.

Remove blue protective cap & rubber plug
Open inspection door → Wait for carriage to stop
Clean residual ink on contacts with dry swab
Insert printhead → Press until secure click
Run calibration via printer menu
