This 3Pcs edging fluting bits set cut individual flutes - shallow, small-radius grooves - in narrow edges,radius R3/16,R5/16,R3/8;cutting height 3/8",1/2",5/8".
The cutting diameter is 15/16",15/16",1". While the top and bottom installed pilot bearings are 5/8" diameter,an "Allen" key was also provided for each set.
Double bearing perfect to balance a router on that edge. Flute depth is controlled by the pilot bearing, the flute's position by the router's bit-height setting.
Use in a handheld or table-mounted router.
NOTE:
1.Insert the cutter shanks into the collets as deep as possible,leave 3mm or less shank showing.

3.Trial cuts should be made on waste material before starting any project.

ROUTING SAFETY
1.Ensure the cutter can be used safely with the chosen router before use. Check that the cutter is fitted securely in the router collet.
2.Do not take heavy and deep cuts in one pass as this will overload the router.
