The VERVE Strongman Sandbags offer a portable and flexible alternative to traditional atlas stones and heavy medicine balls. Ideal for strongman training, CrossFit, military conditioning, and full-body workouts, these sandbags are designed to deliver serious performance with maximum versatility.
Heavy-Duty Construction
Each sandbag is built with a tough outer shell to handle demanding training sessions. The integrated inner filler bag features a zipper and hook-and-loop closure to securely contain clean, dry sand. Reinforced stitching ensures long-term durability through drops and dynamic movements.
Note: These sandbags are not designed for slamming.
Adjustable Weight Options
Each bag must be filled with clean, dry sand to the target weight using a scale. Do not overfill or use alternative materials.
Simple 7-Step Filling Instructions:
Place the inner filler bag inside the outer shell
Open the Velcro tab on the filler bag
Add clean, dry sand to the listed weight
Close the Velcro tab on the filler bag
Fold the flap over twice and seal with Velcro
Zip the outer bag shut
Cover the zipper with the Velcro protection flap
Important: The zipper flap is not a handle. Pulling it may cause stitching damage and is not covered under warranty.
