When working with this material, it is important to follow these guidelines for optimal results. The edge may chip a little when running it through your bandsaw. To ensure safety, Wear protective eyewear, and give yourself a little extra material to work down. If it gets really hot, the material may flake off, or chip as when buffing to a high shine. Go slow, and don't let it heat up. 8 times out of 10 it will survive a drop test from waist height, but it edges can break if you aren't careful with it . On a positive note, this handle material is waterproof, colorfast, and possesses a stunning appearance when finished.
