BLDC Motor Driver110V-220VAC 1000WBrushless Motor Driver Controller TD-909 for Brushless motor with Hall sensor
Note: This link with include the digital display,You can set the speed you need on the tachometer.
This driver fit for 3 Phasebldc motor with power less of 1000W.
1 pcs WS-2209 BLDCMotor Driver
1pcs tachometer
The TD-909 driver uses the US high-performance dedicated brushless motor driver chip, which is suitable for driving small and medium-sized
Brush the motor. Thanks to the PWM technology, the motor runs at high speed, low vibration, low noise and smooth operation.
1. Features
1.1 Power supply AC voltage 110VAC-220VAC
1.2 The PWM frequency is not less than 12KHZ.
1.3 The drive current is up to 8A. Can also be designed according to user requirements.
1.4 Dimensions: 175*105*40.
1.5 Weight: 1.18Kg.
1.6 Speed open loop closed loop control. It is generally set to open loop before leaving the . The user can request to set the closed loop maximum speed. Users can also own
Change the maximum closed loop speed. The change in closed loop speed should be handled by a professional.
Method of operation: Disconnect the power, open the cover and find the 1,3,5,9 jumper field. If you need a maximum of 5000 rpm, 5 foot jumper
Short field. If you need a maximum of 4000 rpm, you need to short the 1,3 jumper field. Calculation method: the jumper field is shorted and then multiplied by 1000.
This is the maximum closed loop speed. By controlling the DA terminal from 0V to 5V, you can control the closed loop speed 0 to the maximum speed.
2. Pin Description
2.1 110VAC-220VAC terminal AC input or external power supply.
2.2 The U terminal is the motor U phase.
2.3 V is the motor V phase.
2.4 W terminal is motor W phase.
The 2.5 +5V terminal is the Hall element power supply, which is provided by the driver.
2.6 GND terminal Hall element power supply negative terminal, ie 0V.
2.7 HALL A is an A-phase Hall element.
2.8 HALL B is a B-phase Hall element.
2.9 HALL C is a C-phase Hall element.
2.10 CW terminal is the forward running enable end of the motor. Active low.
2.11 CCW terminal is the motor reverse running enable terminal. Active low.
2.12 The AD terminal is the motor speed control terminal, and the voltage range is 0-5V.
2.13 The CLK (Hz) terminal is the Hall frequency output.
3. Parameter settings
Power on display "A---BB", A=1 means running with Hall motor. BB represents the number of brushless motor stages. Displayed after about 1 second
Run speed value.
3.1 Press SET for the first time, "---BB" is displayed, BB is the number of brushless motor series, press the up and down keys to select the brushless motor.
The same number of levels.
3.2 Press SET for the second time to display E x.x, which means the brushless motor speed up time.
3.3 Press the SET button for the third time to display L. Press the up and down keys to display "0" and "1". "0" means open loop. "1" means closed loop.
3.4 Closed loop parameter adjustment:
Press SET: "xxxx" is displayed to indicate the maximum speed of the closed loop.
Press SET: Display "P xx" from 1 to 99.
Press SET: Display "I xx" range from 1 to 60.
SET key: Display "d xx" range from 0 to 10.
The general closed-loop parameter adjustment P value is greater than the I value.
Press the Enter key to save the data.
4. Fault display
Drive failure display alarm
4.1 "Err 3" appears to indicate overcurrent.
4.2 "Err 5" appears to indicate that the flow is over blocked.
4.3 "Err 6" appears to indicate that there is a problem with the Hall or that the motor U, V, W is disconnected.
4.4 "Err 2" appears to indicate Hall phase loss.
4.5 "Err 4" appears to indicate that the Hall mode is running and the Hall line is not connected.
5. Electrical characteristics (Tj=25°C)
5.1 Power supply AC voltage 110VAC-220VAC or voltage less than 350VDC.
5.2 Output maximum current 8A. Can also be designed according to user requirements.
5.3 Insulation resistance is greater than 500M.
6. Use environment and parameters
6.1 Cooling method; natural cooling or forced air cooling.
6.2 Use environment; try to avoid dust and corrosive gases.
6.3 Temperature; 0 °C - +50 °C.
6.4 Humidity; 40-89% RH.
Power supply:
Power supply AC voltage 110VAC-220VAC or voltage less than 350VDC can work normally.
Attention: Connect all the wire and adjust under NO power, and don't reverse the wire pole. or the driver may be broken.
