DM series digital stepper drives are DSP-based innovative products adopting the latest stepper control technology. Those stepper motor drives feature anti-resonance, low-speed ripple smoothing, extra-low noise, and low motor heating, therefore they can offer excellent performance for stepper motor controls.
They can drive 2/3 stepper motors from 8 to 42 at very smooth movements with very low motor and drive heating. Compared with most analog stepper drives, noise can be reduced up to 70%.Taking step & direction drive supports analog input for speed control also availablecontrol commands the DM series stepper motor drives are easy to set up There is a wide choice for the DM stepper motor drives to suit input voltage from 18 VDC to direct 120230 VAC and output current of 03 to 82A
Suitable for applications require high performance extra low motor noise extra smooth movement stepper systems such as routers, small and medium size milling or engraving machines, machines, lab automation instruments, textile equipment, medical devices, assembly machines, pick-and-place devices, etc.

The DM1182 is a high voltage, versatility fully digital stepping drive based on a DSP with advanced control algorithm. It brings a unique level of system smoothness, providing optimum and nulls mid-range instability. Motor auto-test and parameter auto-configuration technology offers optimum responses with different motors and easy-to-use. The driven motors can run with much smaller noise, lower heating, smoother movement than most of the drivers on the markets. Its unique features make the DM1182 an ideal solution for applications that require low-speed smoothness.
