Thermostats are used in commercial and residential buildings to control the heating and cooling air conditioning terminal coil motors and water valves. The logic circuit compares the measured temperature with the set temperature. When the relative temperature difference is greater than 1°C, the fan or electric valve is automatically started. When the ambient temperature reaches the set temperature, the fan or electric valve is automatically closed.
