ARTISAN STORY: Ying was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand but her family is originally from northern Thailand. Every year Ying would visit her family. It was on these trips that she fell in love with Lanna, the symbol of northern Thailand's culture and way of life. She began to study the cultural heritage and arts of her ancestors.
