This tool DOES THE JOB, but note: You Will need a 1/2"" drive, with at least a 3"" extension to get deep enough past the ""Ring of Fire"" heat manifold.
Tip- Try not to wedge this 1726 tool too deeply onto the top of the oil filter or it will wedge on and take extra work to remove the tool from the filter AFTER the oil filter is unscrewed from the car.
