Previous to 1995 when the for GQ TD42 engine was a silvertop rocker cover the vac pump was mounted on the back of the alternator
When they changed to the blacktop engine in 1995 they mounted the vac pump onto the timing cover and this followed through to all the GU engines also
This vac pump also comes with the banjo fitting on the side, unlike the nissan unit.
