AA5052 series aluminum outperforms T-3303 significantly.
AA5052 (Al-Mg alloy): good corrosion resistance, reliability, cold workability, strength. Mg-alloyed with high formability; used in aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, transport/ship sheet metal, hardware, electrical casings.
T-3303: poor polishability, softness, scratch/corrosion prone, low heat dissipation. Long-term high-P/T operation leads to quick leakage. Yet >90% aftermarket use due to low cost/availability.
