external dimensions: The frame size isFSGThe specific size is about 482mm high x 140mm wide x 190mm deep, with a net weight of about 9.8kg. It is designed with a book type and is suitable for high-density installation in the control cabinet.
Installation method: 35mm standard DIN rail installation, support side-by-side installation (need to reserve 5mm heat dissipation gap), can be coordinated with Control Unit, power module and other G120 series modules layout;
interface configuration: Motor output interface (U/V/W): used to connect three-phase motors, support shielded cables, and reduce electromagnetic interference.
DC bus interface (DC +/DC-): connects the DC bus of the system to achieve power input.
DRIVE-CLiQ interface: communicate with the Control Unit, transmit control instructions (e.g. speed, torque setting) and status feedback (e.g. current, temperature);
Brake unit interface: built-in brake chopper (external braking resistor is required, and the adapter resistor power is ≥ 2.2kW), which is used to consume motor regeneration energy (such as deceleration, when heavy objects are lowered);
