Flat washers are a thin, flat, circular stamping with a centrally located hole, made from 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. Designed for use with stainless steel screws and nuts in general applications where parts are subject to corrosion. These general purpose commercial standard flat washers are positioned under a nut, head of a screw, or head of a bolt in order to provide a smooth bearing surface and evenly distribute the fastener load over a wider area.General Product Information:
