The Chevy mounting system utilizes two molded plastic mounts that bolt directly to the triangular motor mount pads on the side of the block. The engine is then lowered into the bottom half of the container. The back of the block bolts directly to the container using four of the bell housing mounting bolt holes located just above and below the dowel pins.
