The ball head camera mount is easily removable with a bottom thumb screw for camera servicing. The maximum recommended camera weight is 4 pounds. The ball head has a 1/4" x 20 screw thread and mounts most cameras.  The mini-ball head is attached with a 1/4" x 20 thread thumb screw. NOTE: This product does not include a camera or a camcorder.
