Important Notes - Please Read Before Purchase: /br> 1. Audio Volume Level: This wireless Bluetooth microphone has a lower maximum volume compared to traditional wired speaker mics. It is NOT designed for extremely noisy environments such as heavy construction sites with jackhammers, large manufacturing floors, or active airport runways. It performs best in moderate-noise settings - security patrols, hotel operations, retail stores, event coordination, and outdoor hiking./br> 2. Feedback / Howling Noise When Two Mics Are Too Close: When two wireless speaker microphones are used within close proximity (less than 3 feet / 1 meter apart), audio feedback or a high-pitched howling noise may occur. This is normal for wireless microphone technology - similar to when a speaker and microphone get too close. To avoid this, simply maintain a separation of at least 3-5 feet between users. If you are using multiple wireless mics in the same vehicle or small room, consider using wired mics or the 3.5mm earphone jack for private listening. /br> 3. Transmission Delay: A 1-2 second delay is normal when using wireless mode on some walkie-talkies. This is standard for Bluetooth transmission. Your voice is still transmitted clearly - just with a brief delay. /br> 4. IP54 Rating: This mic is weather-resistant (dust and splashes), NOT waterproof. Do not submerge in water or expose to heavy rain for extended periods. /br> 5. Volume Adjustment: Press volume "+" or "-" to adjust (only active during a call on the walkie-talkie). /br>
