وصف
The XFFCSEC 1/0 Gauge Wire Ferrules Terminals Connectors are an essential component for anyone tackling a car audio installation. This set includes 50 pieces of 1/0 AWG copper ring terminal tubular cable crimp end sleeves, available in a convenient black and red color combination for easy polarity identification. Crafted from copper, these terminals provide excellent electrical conductivity and a reliable, secure connection for heavy-gauge wiring. The crimp-style design ensures a tight, professional-grade fit that minimizes resistance and helps maintain optimal signal and power transfer throughout your audio system. Whether you are wiring subwoofers, amplifiers, or other high-powered car audio components, these ferrule terminals are built to handle the demands of 1/0 AWG wire. The dual-color pack makes it simple to distinguish between positive and negative connections, reducing the risk of wiring errors during installation. Ideal for both seasoned installers and DIY enthusiasts, this 50-piece set gives you plenty of terminals to complete your project with confidence. Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Strip the wire Strip approximately 3/4 inch (19mm) of insulation from the wire end. Do not nick or cut the copper strands. 2. Insert the wire Insert the stripped copper strands fully into the metal barrel of the ferrule. The wire insulation should just touch the barrel opening. Gently twist loose strands if necessary before insertion. 3. Crimp the ferrule Place the ferrule (with wire inside) into the matching crimping die of your ratcheting crimper. Squeeze the handles firmly until the ratchet releases automatically. Do not release before the ratchet unlocks. 4. Inspect the crimp Visual check: No protruding copper strands, no cracks on ferrule surface. Pull test: Gently tug the wire – it should not pull out.
