【USB-C Connection and Device Recognition】USB-C power, charging, and data-mode switching may vary between host devices such as computers, Pads, and tablets. When PD power is connected or disconnected, the host device may reconfigure the USB-C port's power and data status, which can occasionally prevent the capture card from being detected temporarily. This is usually caused by the connection mode switching and does not indicate a product defect. If this occurs, disconnect the PD power and reconnect the capture card. If it is still not detected, reconnect the USB capture cable or PD power to re-establish the data connection
