Easy to Unscrew: This housing wrench is used to easily unscrew the water filter cartridge to prevent leakage caused by damaged O-rings. Even stuck or severely clogged filter systems can be easily loosened with the help of the wrench (The wrench should NOT be used to tighten the housing)
How to Use: Slide the opening over the filter housing, until a good fit has been achieved. Rotate the wrench until it grabs the edges on a housing. Push harder to loosen the canister
Tips: It is important to use caution and not apply too much power to the tool. Lubricate the threads that connect the sump to the filter housing top so it's easier to remove when it's time to change the filter. To avoid damaging system components, it is essential to use the proper wrench
