Ru-Ir Titanium MMO Electrodes Plates
Titanium anode electrolytic cell electrode is made of Gr1 titanium base coated with ruthenium-iridium precious metal mixed oxide coating anode plate welded together, then sintered at high temperature. The new electrode structure, with compact and reasonable design structure, can make solution fully electrolysis, and can disperse the stray current in the electrolysis process, filter impurities stable and safe. This set includes 3 anode plates.
Titanium Anode Advantages
Titanium anode products have the advantages of high corrosion resistance and long working life.
Titanium is a dense hexagonal lattice at room temperature (below 885 degrees), and a body-centered cubic lattice above 885 degrees, with a volume increase of 5.5%.
Titanium alloys can reach 700 to 1200 MPa, and even up to 1400 MPa, so the specific strength of titanium alloys than any other materials are now larger. So titanium alloys in the use of strength requirements also more lightweight.
