Note:
Do not exceed the tool setter's stroke during contact, as this will damage the tool setter (stroke is 5.0MM).
When touching the tool setter's contact surface by hand, do not release it immediately, as this may damage the internal structure of the tool setter and affect its service life and contact rate.
After tool setting between the tool and the tool setter, the tool must be lifted vertically away from the contact surface; do not move it horizontally, otherwise the tool setter will be damaged.
Tool Setter Installation Instructions:
The tool must be perpendicular to the tool setter when in contact, and should touch the contact surface vertically downward. Install it in an area on the workbench with minimal iron chips to avoid affecting the tool setter's accuracy.
Rated power supply range: DC10-380V, current below 20mA. For SHIYO, the operating temperature range is -25℃ to 70℃; controlling it within this range is better.
The diameter of the tool for setting should be within 20MM. Control the tool setting speed at 50-200MM/MIN, and the tool center should align with the center of the tool setting surface.
When using the air blowing function, the outer diameter of the air tube should be 6MM and the inner diameter 4-5MM. Keep the area clean during use; clean the iron chips and cutting oil attached to the contact surface.
