Seal Bond 400 is a single-component, moisture curing sealant for roofing and construction applications. SB 400 is an environmentally friendly formula that contains no solvents or isocyanates and yields very low VOC's. SB 400 is a low odor and low shrinkage formula that provides non-sag performance for vertical or overhead applications. SB 400 is based on moisture cure hybrid polymer technology that reacts and cross-links in the presence of moisture to provide a durable seal with excellent weathering and UV resistance and performs in temperatures from -40o F to 190o F. In many applications, SB 400 may be painted, however; specific paint systems should always be tested to ensure expected performance.
