Description

Tube 10K: 32 (8 + 8) single-ended output transformer, speaker headphone amplifier dual-use, suitable for 6P1, 6P14, 6P15, 6N1 parallel, 12AU7 parallel, 6N11 and other tubes.
This single-ended output transformer has secondary 8 dual windings, which are used in parallel for speaker speakers and 32 in series for headphone amplification.
EI 48 Z11 core winding, core size: 48mm × 40mm × stack thickness 24mm, tongue width 16mm, each piece thickness is only 0.35mm, high magnetic flux (18000-19000 Gauss). Riding clip type iron hoop is fixed.
The outer diameter of the wire is 1.5mm, the inner copper core wire diameter is 2X1mm squares, the wire is soft, and the purity is 5N-6N, which is equivalent to the level of single-crystal copper. Has good electrical conductivity, very easy to tin.
The winding method of the transformer adopts the sandwich section winding method to reduce leakage inductance and distributed capacitance and expand the frequency response. Transformer external dimensions: length 50mmx width 45mm and height 42mm. Left and right fixed center hole distances: 62MM
Actual measurement: The primary inductance is about 19H, and the copper resistance is about 800. The secondary 8 inductance is about 11 milliseconds, the copper resistance is about 2.4, and the weight is about 0.7Kg / pair.
Affirmation: Due to different test conditions and equipment, different production batches, the measured inductance and resistance values will be different, and there are differences from advertising.
