Product Overview:
SINOAXISSPACE XL0 Type Flexible Jaw Coupling is designed to connect two rotating shafts and transmit torque in mechanical drive systems. It is commonly used for CNC machines, 3D printers, stepper motors, servo motors, pumps, automation equipment, and small machinery.

Material:
The coupling body is made from AISI 1045 steel, also known as 45 steel. The steel hubs provide a rigid shaft connection structure for general mechanical transmission applications.

Flexible Jaw Coupling Structure:
The jaw coupling design helps transmit torque between two shafts while allowing slight compensation for minor angular, radial, and axial misalignment. It is suitable for applications where compact size and shaft connection stability are required.

Elastomeric Spider Insert:

Please select the correct bore combination according to the shaft diameters on both sides. Bore size is listed as Bore A x Bore B. For example, 8mm x 10mm Bore means one side has an 8mm bore and the other side has a 10mm bore.
