A cross between an ascot and a scarf, the puff tie lends an unexpected swath of silken color to the retro wardrobe. Each side of the tie approximately 12-inches long and 3-inches wide at the bottom. A narrower ¾-inch band fits under the collar and features a hook closure at the back for ease of use; adjustable to fit neck sizes from 14 to 20 inches.
