Before storing, make sure to fully charge the batteries and then disconnect them from the cart. Do not leave them plugged in during long storage periods.

Sealed lead acid batteries have no memory. Do not discharge them all the way in order to clear any imaginary memory effect. There is no memory effect in these batteries. The more often you discharge the batteries, the less life you'll get in the long run.
