The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5108064) brings the full power of the Raspberry Pi 5 into a compact, embedded-ready form factor measuring just 2.17" x 1.57". At its core is a Broadcom BCM2712 quad-core 64-bit ARM Cortex-A76 processor running at 2.4GHz, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of onboard eMMC storage. Wireless connectivity is handled by dual-band 2.4GHz/5.0GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth 5.0/BLE, with an onboard switch to select between PCB trace or an external antenna. Connectivity options include Gigabit Ethernet with IEEE 1588 support, 1x PCIe Gen 2 (5Gbps), 1x USB 2.0, and 2x USB 3.0 ports. Video output supports dual HDMI 2.0, dual 4-lane MIPI ports, and 4Kp60 HEVC decoding. The module exposes up to 30 GPIO lines with 1.8V or 3.3V signaling, plus 5x UART, 5x I2C, 5x SPI, and more. Operating temperature ranges from -4°F to 185°F, making it suitable for demanding industrial and embedded applications.
