US WW2 M1937 BAR belt by Premium quality Canvas.

The M1937 B.A.R. belt is the standard ammunition belt for the Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR) used in World War Two by all the American forces including the Infantry and Airborne.

Officially called the "Belt, Magazine, B.A.R., M1937".

Premium quality webbing belt, these are made by Kay Canvas using the best fabrics. The metal is brass (blackened) not steel and the cotton canvas webbing has the correct weight and weave of the originals for a high quality pouch. These are as good as originals, they just do not have that old musty smell to them

The belt has 6 pockets which each hold 2 BAR magazines giving a total carrying capacity of 12 magazines or 10 magazines if you use one of the pockets to carry the special cleaning kit.

There is a row of eyelets across the top and bottom to connect suspenders and 1st aid pouches etc.

The belt is adjustable so the overall length is adjustable from 30" to 60" (76 to 152cm).

Colour: Khaki/tan which was officially called OD#3.

Magazines not included.

The cotton canvas is a bit heavier and sturdier than the standard replicas.

Made in the correct WW2 colour of OD#3 which is a tan/khaki colour.
