Gear Puller Usage Instructions:
- 1.Needle Selection: Choose the appropriate needle based on the motor shaft diameter. Do not use a needle that is too small to pull gears from larger shafts, as this may break the needle. For glued gears, heat them first to melt the adhesive before pulling.
- 2.Install the Needle: Select the required pulling needle, insert it into the puller rotating rod, and tighten the screw (Note: For needles with a flat base, avoid over tightening).
- 3.Assemble the Rotating Rod: Attach the rotating rod to the puller support frame.
- 4.Attach the Movable Plate: Install the puller movable plate.
- 5.Position the Motor: Secure the motor into the movable plate and adjust it until the shaft aligns with the pulling needle.
- 6.Pull the Gear: Turn the operating handle clockwise at a steady speed to remove the motor gear.
