Create clean, professional-looking hems without sewing with Lukche Iron-On Hemming Tape. This lightweight polyamide fusible web is designed to bond fabric layers when activated with heat and pressure. The practical 3/4-inch (20 mm) width is suitable for hemming pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, curtains and home textiles, as well as fabric repairs and craft projects. Each package contains one generous 55-yard (50 m) roll, providing enough material for multiple alterations and household projects. How to Use: Cut the hemming tape to the required length. Fold the fabric and place the tape between the fabric layers. Set the iron to 180–200°C (356–392°F). Do not use steam. Press firmly through the fabric for 50–60 seconds. Allow the fabric to cool for 15 minutes before checking the bond. For thick fabrics such as denim, use additional hemming tape and gradually increase the pressing time. Always follow the fabric care label and test the tape on a small, hidden area before completing the entire project. After the bond has fully cooled, machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dry clean.
