Ultra-Shear's new 3-flute roundover bits add a third carbide cutting edge, increasing cuts per minute by 50% at any given spindle speed. You can work faster without sacrificing cut quality, maintain your usual feed rate and get more cuts per inch, or blend both approaches for enhanced speed and finish. These bits use extra-thick micro-grain carbide, a shear cutting angle and ultra-fine grinding on both the face and bevel for clean, accurate results.

Each bit includes a larger-than-typical 5/8" bearing, offering longer life and reducing telegraphing of minor workpiece imperfections. A 1/2" bearing is included with the sets (and available individually), allowing you to cut beaded profiles in addition to roundovers.

Roundover radii include 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 3/8", giving you the profiles needed for softening the edges of virtually any project. Whether routed handheld or in a table setup, these bits deliver exceptional smoothness and consistent results.
