This Hypro Repair Kit (GS40GI_RK) includes the required parts you will need to fix problems with the 9910-GS40GI Pressure Regulator. If the handle on the regulator is cranked all the way down and you still are not receiving the pressure you once did, this repair kit will most likely solve this problem.
If the relief valve seat starts to wear, flow from the pump will bypass back to the tank, which causes reduced pressure and volume at the spray boom or spray gun. You can check if this is the issue by starting the pump and looking in the tank to see if all the flow is going back to the tank. Pressure will follow the path of least resistance.
