[Gas Control System] Equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge for real-time monitoring of the furnace chamber vacuum level, this unit also integrates a float-type flow meter for intuitive adjustment of gas flow rates. The inlet and outlet valves support multi-gas switching, including hydrogen (<5%), argon, nitrogen, etc., ensuring safe gas replacement during high-temperature operation.
