Save your rear window defroster without replacing the glass!
Is your car's rear window defroster malfunctioning? Have you been told you need to replace the entire expensive rear window because of a few broken defroster lines? Copper conductive paint restores the integrity of the circuit by "drawing" a new conductive path at the break, allowing current to bypass the break point.
How to Use:
1. Locate the break in the rear window defroster line and thoroughly clean the break and surrounding area, ensuring it is clean and dry.
2. Use low-viscosity masking tape to cover both sides of the broken line; this will help you draw a straighter, more precise line.
3. Shake or stir the conductive paint thoroughly. Apply a suitable amount of paint evenly to the break with a brush, connecting the two ends of the line. The coating does not need to be too thick; just enough to completely cover the break.
4. Wait for it to cure. It will conduct electricity once fully cured.
5. After curing, activate the car's rear window defroster function and check if the repaired line heats up and if the fog has been effectively cleared.
Precautions
1. Ensure the rear window defroster switch is completely turned off before operation to prevent short circuit risk.
2. Ensure the surface to be repaired is absolutely clean and dry; otherwise, it will affect the adhesion and conductivity of the conductive paint.
3. Practice on scrap glass before first use or repairing critical areas.
4. Immediately after use, tightly close the cap and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
