The RMS Lusitania was a British Ocean Liner owned by the Cunard Line. It was built to compete for the highly lucrative transatlantic passenger trade. When the war broke out, the ship was painted to disguise it on its TransAtlantic voyages. On 7 May 1915, it was sunk by a German U-boat. The sinking solidified U.S. public opinion against Germany and indirectly contributed to the entry of the United States into World War I. At THEROLLER3D, we see the value in our shared history and will always strive to find new and creative ways to bring that history back to life in our products. There is a difference between models and toys. These are high quality artisan models not toys. They will hold up to light play but should not be hit or banged around as there are little pieces that can break off. We try our best to make these models strong but because they are 3d printed models, they will always be weak in some of the areas with smaller pieces. They will float in water but not straight. Please do not buy this model if all you are looking for is a toy boat to float in the tub.
